TRAUMA COUNSELING
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence based form of treatment for those who have experienced traumatic or disturbing experiences. EMDR is highly effective in treating a wide range of issues, including symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and grief.

Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is an evidence based treatment for children ages 3-18 who have experienced traumatic or distressing events.
RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING
We have therapists trained in the Gottman Method, Multisystemic Therapy (MST), and Functional Family Therapy (FFT) to strengthen relationships and address any areas of need, whether in romantic or familial relationships.
GROUP COUNSELING
Acute Stress Syndrome Stabilization Treatment Procedures (ASSYST) is an early intervention procedure designed for individual or group settings to address symptoms of distress following a traumatic or stressful event (e.g., earthquakes, hurricanes, house fires, mass shootings and gun violence, and covid-19 related stressors) within 3 months of the event.

EMDR Integrative Group Treatment Protocol for Ongoing Traumatic Stress (EMDR-IGTP-OTS) is an intervention procedure designed for a group setting to address symptoms of distress for past or ongoing events.
Social Support and Psychoeducation groups are designed to provide participants with support during and around difficult times/experiences/events/transitions. These groups can be attended individually or in addition to individual counseling.
