FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Your Questions Answered

WHAT INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

Mesloh Counseling Center accepts most commercial/private insurance plans.

**Please note that this varies by provider, as not all providers accept the same insurance policies.**

HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?

You can contact us by phone or email at (318) 573-3771 or admin@meslohcounseling.com.
If you are a current client, you can use the "Schedule" button for your chosen clinician to use our HIPAA compliant scheduler!

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

Mesloh Counseling Center charges a fee of $185.00 for a 50-minute individual session, $250 per 85-minute intake and assessment session, and $250 per 90-minute family session.

If you plan to use insurance, this is what will be billed to your insurance provider, while the actual payment is a percentage that's determined by your insurance plan. Fees, co-pays, and deductible balances are due at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made. Payment can be made by cash or debit/credit card. We currently do not accept checks as payment.

DO YOU HAVE A SLIDING SCALE?

Our office offers a limited number of scholarships. Session costs range from $60-125 for a 50-minute session. These services are not eligible for Superbills and insurance reimbursement due to being offered at a reduced cost. Contact our office directly for more information or to apply.

DO YOU OFFER TELEHEALTH (VIRTUAL) SESSIONS?

Yes! All of our clinicians are trained in telehealth and have been approved by the Louisiana LPC Board to provide counseling services via telehealth.

ARE ALL OF YOUR COUNSELORS LICENSED?
