STEPHANIE MESLOH, LPC-S

Stephanie Mesloh is the clinical director and the founder of our agency. Stephanie specializes in treating trauma and is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. Stephanie is licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas and Louisiana. She has experience and training in family therapy and provided Functional Family Therapy- Child Welfare (FFT-CW) for more than 5 years through a local nonprofit agency. She is trained in Trust Based Relational Interventions (TBRI) and the Nurturing Parenting Program. Stephanie has a master's degree in counseling and guidance from LA Tech and is a current doctoral student at the University of Holy Cross in New Orleans, where she is anticipated to earn her PhD in May of 2026.
Stephanie is a Board approved supervisor for provisionally licensed counselors in the state of Louisiana and loves supporting new clinicians in their learning and growth. Stephanie provides continuing education courses and clinical consultation. She also provides lectures and trainings at domestic and international conferences and seminars.
When not working, Stephanie loves to travel with her family and learn new things. She is an avid reader and music lover, a self-proclaimed nerd and geek, and a fierce advocate for human rights.
Stephanie oversees our Internship Program and provides Clinical Supervision for PLPCs.

FELICIA JESSUP, LPC
Clinical Coordinator

Felicia Jessup graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2010 and received her Master's degree in Counseling and Guidance from Louisiana Tech University in 2014. That same year, Ms. Jessup also became a National Board Certified Counselor. She went on to become a fully Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in 2016. Ms. Jessup has held a variety of behavioral health positions, such as dual diagnosis counseling and trauma counseling with both civilians and military members, in a variety of settings, such as inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization, and assertive community treatment. Ms. Jessup is trained in several evidence based trauma informed techniques such as EMDR and Preschool/Youth PTSD Cognitive Behavioral Treatment (YPT), an evidence-based treatment that addresses trauma in children from 4 to 17 years of age. Ms. Jessup has specialized in working with the LGBTQIA+ population, including transgender youth and adults, for over 8 years.

Ms. Jessup offers telehealth sessions only for ages 18 and older and is licensed in Louisiana.
QUINTRAIA GARNER, LPC

Quintraia Garner is a licensed professional counselor, having received her Masters in Counseling from Grand Canyon University. She has served the Shreveport/Bossier area in multiple capacities, including providing Functional Family Therapy- Child Welfare with a local non-profit agency and as Clinical Director with another agency. Quintraia provides trauma focused counseling, including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). She is passionate about supporting the Black community as a BIPOC counselor and advocate for human rights. She enjoys making vegan body lotion and other products, spending time with her family and friends, and raising her amazing son (who made his acting debut in our commercial)!

DAMIEN BOYD, LPC

Damien Boyd is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) who received his undergrad degree from LSU-Shreveport and his master's degree from Louisiana Tech. Damien is a lover of all things gaming and anime and he loves to cook and workout. Damien's aim as a therapist is to be able to provide the utmost care and respect towards his clients. His modality includes cognitive behavioral therapy, and he likes working with his clients on challenging irrational thoughts that create anxiety and depression to replace them with a more hopeful and optimistic way of thinking. As someone who deals with anxiety daily, Damien believes that it is important to know how to cope with the negative thoughts and emotions that come with feeling anxious and nervous to live a more fulfilling, happy life.

Briana Craige, LPC

Briana Craige is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Louisiana with a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Northwestern State University of Louisiana. She has experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Briana specializes in working with youth, adults, couples, and families. Briana takes an integrative, client-centered approach, incorporating elements of Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Mindfulness-Based techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. She is also a trained Practitioner in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI).

Briana is passionate about advocating for those seeking light in difficult times and is dedicated to normalizing mental health care while serving her community. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, watching documentaries, and spending time with her fur babies. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

BRIANNA BROWN, PLPC

Brianna Brown is a provisionally licensed professional counselor (PLPC) who graduated from LSU Shreveport in 2023 with a master's degree in Counseling with a Rehabilitation Concentration. Brianna is deeply committed to providing person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and existential therapy approaches tailored to your unique needs and preferences. Brianna believes that your journey is paramount, and she strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Jordan Perry, PLPC

Jordan Perry is a PLPC who graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 2021. Due to starting his counseling career during the height of the covid pandemic, he has a lot of experience with telehealth services. He specializes in working with minorities including the Black community and people of color. He also specializes in working with the LGBTQIA community. He is a very expressive person and loves work involving couples and mood disorders. In his free time, he's writing his own book and enjoys gaming with friends and doing yoga.
Mr. Perry is licensed in Louisiana and is available for telehealth sessions.
Rowen Burnett, PLPC

Rowen Burnett is a PLPC who graduated with her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through University of Louisiana - Monroe. She has experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and has worked with individuals of all ages, though she now works with adolescents and adults. In her free time, she enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons with her friends, going to concerts, and spending time with her two cats, Halinka (Linky) and Jiggy, and her guinea pigs, Lemon Pepper and Traditional Rotisserie Chicken.

Diana Cera (Intern)

Diana Cera is a student intern working toward her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Louisiana Monroe, where she’s expected to graduate in May 2026. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston–Downtown in December 2019. As a proud first-generation college graduate in the U.S., Diana is passionate about helping make mental health support more accessible—especially for those in underserved communities.
Her areas of interest include trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use. She also has a strong commitment to working with immigrant individuals and families as they navigate cultural shifts, identity, and emotional challenges. Diana creates a space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported at every step of their healing process. Outside of her clinical work, Diana enjoys spending quality time with her children and finds joy in balancing her professional goals with the everyday moments of family life.

Ariel Wells (Intern)

Ariel L. Wells is a student intern pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Louisiana State University in Shreveport, with an expected graduation in May 2026. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in 2024 and graduated summa cum laude. Ariel is passionate about working with adults and couples, and she draws from counseling approaches such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. She brings a thoughtful and empathetic presence to her clinical work, aiming to create a safe and supportive space for clients. In her free time, she enjoys watching classic sitcoms and black-and-white movies, finding comfort and inspiration in timeless storytelling.
